Protein & Vegetarian Skewers:

• Tandori Shrimp Skewers with Cilantro and Lime
• Grilled Chicken Skewers – White Wine, Garlic, Herb and Pimenta marinated, then finished on the grill.  Served with a Fresh Herb Chimichuri
• Thai Tofu Skewers, with zucchini, onion and lemongrass
