Equine Assisted Learning (EAL)

Equine Assisted Learning (EAL) is an empowering method used to develop effective personal development through the use of a horse. Similar to horses, people interact in various group settings throughout their lives. Families, friends, sports teams, and colleagues develop their dynamics from which communication and effectiveness emerge.

With the assistance of horses, participants take part in various experiential learning exercises that aid in relationship and life skills. The activities are selected by a certified EAL facilitator based on your needs and dynamics. This is not a riding program, although horses are an integral part of these sessions.  EAL is proven to improve: Communication, Problem Solving, Leadership Skills, Team Building and Life Skills.

Sessions are led by Suzy Bender, Certified EAL Facilitator, EC Coach 1, and CanTRA Coach

This program is great for:

  • Family Workshops
  • Youth Leadership
